WAREHOUSE PICKUP – 150 OAK PARK BLVD, OAKVILLE ONTARIO • Orders can be picked up daily, from 4pm - 7pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

• Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using Canada Post. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $12 applies to orders shipping to Ontario & Quebec, $18 to other parts of Canada. USA, UK and the rest of the world our website automatically generates shipping fees.
• Free shipping on orders over $150 in Ontario & Quebec, and on orders over $200 for the rest of Canada (exclusive of taxes and discount). LOCAL DELIVERY
• During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 12km of our warehouse. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
• Orders placed before 3pm during store hours (Tuesday - Sunday, 12pm - 6pm) will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be shipped out the next day. • When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
